This refreshing and energising mist is great to use during birth when you're feeling your energy is getting a bit low and you need a bit more motivation to get through.


The ritual: Spray around yourself, your clothes, the air or the bed linen. Take a deep breath and say the affirmation "I am strong, powerful & blessed with boundless energy".

Aroma: Citrus notes predominate but added depth with peppermint & eucalyptus.

Ingredients: Distilled water, Lemon, lime, orange, peppermint & peppermint gum essential oils, cocoyl proline (coconut oil based natural solubiliser), potassium sorbate.
